Schedule Your Project Shoot: Photo & Video Booking

What You're Going to Do

Request a photo or video shoot for a project. Tell us project stage (before, in-progress, or after), client details, project name, and location. We'll coordinate with Byron to schedule the shoot.

Why This Matters

Professional photography and video separates amateur from professional marketing. iPhone photos have their place, but Byron's professional shoots create portfolio-quality content that converts prospects. Before photos capture problems. Progress photos show process. After photos show transformation.

Pour Real Energy Into This

Give us complete information so Byron can prepare properly. Project stage determines equipment and approach. Location details help with scheduling. Client contact info matters if they need to be present or if we're scheduling around their availability.

This Builds Into Everything

Professional shoots create content assets used across all channels—website portfolio, social media, YouTube, ads, proposals, and presentations. One shoot creates 50-100 usable images plus video footage for multiple content pieces.

Use The Form

Fill out the GHL form completely. Book the actual shoot date on the next page using Byron's calendar link.

For Contractor Clients

Request shoots for significant projects at three stages: Before (capture existing conditions), Progress (show process and craftsmanship), After (final transformation). Not every project needs all three, but your signature projects should be fully documented.

Question-by-Question Guidance

Client First Name, Last Name

What we need: Your client's name for project identification and communication if needed.

Client Phone & Email

What we need: Contact information in case Byron needs to coordinate access or timing.

Project Name

What we need: The official project name you're using consistently. Same format as project documentation forms.

Example: "Martinez Highlands Ranch Kitchen 2024"

Project Stage

Select one: - Paid but Unstarted (before photos)- In Progress (process documentation)- Recently Finished (fresh after photos)- Finished a While Ago (retrospective documentation)

Project Overview

What we need: Brief description of project so Byron knows what he's shooting. What's being done? What should he emphasize?

Example: "Master bathroom remodel—removing tub, installing large walk-in shower, double vanity, heated floors. Focus on before condition showing cramped single sink and old tub. Will need after shoot in 4 weeks when complete."

Project Address

What we need: Complete street address so Byron can map travel time and find location.

After You Submit

You'll see booking calendar. Select available time slot that works for project schedule. Byron will confirm via email with pre-shoot checklist and any special requirements.

Bottom Line

Professional documentation requires professional photography. Request shoots for your best projects. The investment in Byron's time creates content assets that pay dividends for years.
